 PaintingService.com - the story...

Over the course of several years, we operated a successful pressure cleaning and painting business throughout Florida. We faced two major obstacles in both industries - the lack of knowledge by the consumer as well as their willingness to accept proposals and answers from contractors with even less knowledge. At times, people would argue in favor of an incorrect way of doing their work in favor of a cheaper price.  While contractors completed their "work", often times substandard techniques and products created problems that would show months or years later.

By sticking to an attitude of "we do it right - or we don't do it at all", our business grew rapidly and more than doubled year over year. At first, it was difficult being the only contractor estimating projects by what "needed to be done" over what the customer "wanted to hear".  As we lost an untold amount of smaller projects, we forged key relationships with knowledgeable buyers who trusted us with larger projects. Soon, the smaller clients shyed away from us as they perceived us to be too large a company and thought they would get a better deal elsewhere. Little did they know, we were able to further drop our prices as material costs and labor were better managed while we continued to do our work the correct way.

With a successful business template, we expanded into new cities and took on larger projects. From week to week, we forged through even larger projects where it became commonplace for us (in one week) to finish an association of 50+ roof cleanings; run 200 miles south to work on a federal cleaning contract; and make a quick run up the opposite coast of Florida to clean several commercial buildings. Our pressure cleaning service quickly propelled us further as that marketplace was less saturated and far less popular than the painting industry.

While painting took a back seat to our cleaning projects, it never left our business plan. We wanted to franchise our business and knew cleaning and painting were typically thought to be done by a single contractor. A merge of the industries could help open doors for new contractors while filling in gaps of work when one or the other became slow. Before moving forward with our business, we needed to digest the ton of information in the market on a global scale so we could offer the best information and knowledge available. This led us to the internet and a mostly untapped and open gateway to painters and power washers everywhere.

Over the course of several years, we purchased several painting and cleaning company's websites. We hoped they would become a pathway for both our franchisees as well as their customers. One website (domain) turned into two. 2 became 10. Before we knew it, we had a few hundred top level domains in both industries. Today, well over one thousand painting and cleaning domains point here from several countries and in several languages. With so many people and companies hitting our websites, we've decided to build a site around the same concept that worked well when building our business. Each domain will be directed to an area of the site that is relevant to that domain (ie. ColorDeck.com / SwatchDeck.com / ColourPallet.co.uk -etc, will direct you to pages about trends in color while PaintHelp.com / PaintHelp.co.uk / PaintingService.com / 3estimates.com will direct those visitors to a directory of contractors.) While in it's infancy, we hope you'll utilize our directory and information to become better informed on your own projects.

Best of Luck!

Whooops! (I almost forgot) We receive several requests to purchase domains in our collection. It is difficult to say which ones we may be willing to sell, as many of them will serve a purpose for future projects. Many of them won't be split as we have gone through a lot to group and keep them together (examples: PaintHelp.COM - PaintHelp.CA - PaintHelp.CO.UK - etc) - or - (ColorDeck.com - SwatchDeck.com - etc). Serious buyer inquires are welcome (  domains@colourpallet.co.uk   ), as well as inquiries about leasing/letting  long term forwards.
